February Bodyweight Strength Workshop
Our last Bodyweight Strength Workshop with Ben Lynch of United Calisthenics Groups was super fun. In fact it was so much fun we have decided to make it a monthly event. Come and join us.
The Bodyweight Strength Workshop is a full body workout session. This 90 minute practical seminar will cover:
~ core strength & activation
~ shoulder mobility
~ push strength
~ scapula activation
~ pull strength
~ skill based movements
~ warming up
~ hand balancing techniques
~ lever length and positioning
~ static holds and dynamic flows.
Ben is a fully qualified level 3 personal trainer with an extensive skillset in the field of Calisthenics and bodyweight movement. This session will be perfect for Yoga Practitioners, Climbers, Pole Fitness, Martial artists, Dancers and more!
