Gentle Chair Yoga
A gentle, chair based class for anyone who sits at a desk all day, those who prefer a gentler practice, those recovering from or living with an illness, and those who, for whatever reason, struggle to get down to and up from the floor. We use gentle movement to tone the whole body and to ease tension. Meditation at the end of class helps to calm the mind so we can transition smoothly into deep relaxation.
