Get your weekend off to a good start by moving your body, breathing deeply, spending a few minutes in quiet meditation and resting in blissful relaxation in our new Hatha Yoga class with Wendy every Friday, starting from September 18th, at 6-7 pm. The class is a slow pace one that suitable for complete beginners and experienced yogis alike. No prior yoga experience required.
In-studio class is £8 pay-as-you-go, or £7 x number of classes per month (Sept = £7 x 2)
Pre-booking is required. There is no drop-in option. Please pre-book by emailing Wendy at firstname.lastname@example.org. We recommend block booking the whole month to avoid missing out. Zoom option is available at £7. Thank you.
