Power Up! - Body Strengthening Workshop
Did you know that good yoga practice can help strengthen your whole body? Join Wild Yogi Wendy and her friend and mentor, Mike Doxey, to learn to use yoga and creative movement to increase physical and mental strength.

Mike Doxey trained as an aerobics instructor many moons back and has since trained in many other styles of movement as well as in Anusara Yoga. Mike trains Wendy at least twice a month to help build stronger muscles to balance out her hyper mobility. Wendy uses the knowledge gained through practising with Mike to create yoga classes that combine both strength and mobility training. These two yogis and movers are joining forces to bring this workshop to help you learn to condition and strengthen your core and whole body. It is going to be so much fun and totally accessible to all in good health.
