Radiant Heart Yoga and Meditation
We are so excited to add this beautiful class to our timetable. This class will begin on Wednesday, May 15th, and will take place weekly from that day.
Imagine giving yourself time in the middle of each week to recharge your batteries and rediscover your inner radiance. Sound good?
Open to all abilities, you will to get to know yourself in a new way, to find out what feels just right for you in the moment and to listen to that. Through dedicated, heartfelt practice, with support and guidance, you will find your body and mind responding to life with greater ease.
We will generally begin the class with a short guided meditation, to find our peace, and then enjoy a beautiful series of movements, breathing practices and deep relaxation designed to balance subtle energies, nurture the body, and calm the mind. The class ends with a natural period of meditative silence, resting together in the heart.
