Swing Yoga Class
Swing yoga incorporates a swing or hammock as an integral part of the practice. The hammock is a versatile prop and is used to explore creative ways to incorporate it into our yoga practice. In swing yoga we use the hammock to assist in the practice: we’re often using the ground and sharing our weight with the hammock, which informs the choices we make about how to grip, how to engage or relax, how to sequence, and more.
Please rest assured that for all sessions Sharon can adapt and modify the practice where necessary to help you enjoy and gain the maximum benefit from the class.
£30 for 3-week block (drop-in £15, but only if places are available).
Places for Induction and classes are strictly limited to 8 persons, so early booking is strongly recommended to guarantee a place.
