This vinyasa class is open to all levels but is generally aimed at people who are new to yoga and starting out on their yoga journey. Each week you will be guided through a 60 minute practice which will include working with the breath, setting your foundations and moving safely through basic sequencing. As your ability improves modifications will be offered to take your practice a little deeper.
