Wisdom of the Menopause
FlowMotion.Life is pleased to be hosting this wonderful workshop by Suzy Hays and Helen Barret.
November 24th, 10am-4pm
Helen and Suzy welcome you to a day of self care, yoga, natural techniques and discussion to aid the changing time of the menopause.
Suzy is a yoga teacher local to the Belper area and has been asked by numerous students what yoga postures and breathing exercises could help ease their menopausal symptoms.
Helen is an acupuncturist and reiki master who has worked for a number of years with ladies during the menopause.
Combining their knowledge and experience Suzy and Helen will offer you an afternoon where you will learn self care techniques to take away with you.
• Gentle hatha yoga class.
• Guided meditations.
• Breathing techniques and exercises.
• Learn acupressure points.
• Light refreshments and home made cake.
• All equipment provided.
• We will encourage discussions to share knowledge and experiences.
Space is limited to just 12 places so booking is essential.
Due to differing nutritional requirements please bring your own lunch.
