Our Pregnancy Yoga class uses gentle and fluid movement and adapted traditional yoga poses to tone and relax the expectant mum on all levels - physical, mental and emotional. Visualisation, breathing techniques, guided meditation and relaxation are all included to promote calmness and peace and increase confidence in one’s own ability to birth one’s baby lightly and safely. This class is suitable from 14 weeks of pregnancy to birth. £10 (non-refundable) pay as you go or £7 the number of classes in a term (please get in touch for more info).
