"DANCEmandala: body's wisdom in movement" is an embodied movement class that incorporates music with gentle guidance, somatic awareness, intention and emotive expression. The space offered is supportive, held and non-judgemental so you can easily explore your natural intuitive movement, inner landscapes, unique wisdom, and creativity. DANCEmandal is both a meditation and a medicine. The class will offer opportunity and tools for you to gently connect to the intelligence of your natural movement and emotion (DANCE). It's an inner process that explores different realms of awareness (mandala). DANCEmandala practice and application brings fragmented elements of being, of the self, into alignment and harmony. It is a path of the awakening heart.

DANCEmandala is an invitation to come “home” to your body at a deep and grounding level so that you can create space for your experience of aliveness, vitality, and clarity. In each class, we will follow an intelligent map of DANCEmandala to promote within the dancers a sense of balance and confidence, and the ability to manage stress, maintain physical and emotional flexibility. DANCEmandala creates new neural pathways towards a deeper sense of contentment and connection. Every(adult)body, age, experiences and ability are welcome.
