This course is suitable for all. However, as Deb is a yoga teacher, we can expect her to tailor the course towards those of us who work in the fitness and well-being industry. Please note though that she will absolutely cover everything and then add a little extra for those of us who are body workers. Deb is very knowledgeable and Al rates her very highly. This is not going to be a boring day!
