Andrea Coyne in her own word: “I first found yoga in 2012 and was immediately hooked on the sense of calm I felt after a class. Fast forward to 2019 and I completed my yoga teacher training so that I could share the post-yoga glow with others.”
Andrea is trained in Hatha and Flow Yoga (200-hr), Pregnancy, Post-natal, Mum & Baby Yoga and Yin Yoga. Andrea's classes focus on connecting movement with breath and flowing mindfully between different poses. Our Tuesday evening class will be tailored to all levels with lots of options to suit you and your body.
