“I am passionate about sharing the healing properties of yoga in an inclusive, authentic manner. Many come to yoga initially for the body then stay for the peace of mind, I strive to be the helping hand along this journey. I am trained in Hatha yoga and take the teachings of balance of strength and flexibility into my classes. I love to practise creative flows tailored to the energy level in the room and make sure that all are comfortable and can find their yoga, whatever the experience level. For me, yoga is a way to find that hour of bliss in the day just for you where you leave feeling nourished.
