Bye bye 2024!
December 04 2024And so another year is coming to an end. It's been a funny kind of year but we are always ever so grateful to all of you for supporting us through another year. We have had new classes and also said goodbye to old ones.
Here are some new ones we have started recently:
- Tuesday 1:30-2:30pm Beginners Adult Ballet with Namiko
- Tuesday 6-7:00pm Refine Ballet Fitness with Namiko
- Thursday 9:45-10:45am Flow Yoga with Andrea
- Thursday 11-11:45am Serene Swans Ballet with Lara
- Friday 12:45-1:45pm Line Dancing with Jo
- Friday 2-3:00pm YogaJo SlowFlow Yoga with Jo
- Friday 3:15-4:15pm Beginners Line Dancing with Jo
And there will be another new class starting on 9th January 2025 - Dave West's Classical Hatha Yoga at 6-7pm every Thursday.
It is all go. We also have a new regular workshops:Aerial Hoops and Aerial Slings which will be on every 2nd Saturday starting in February.
