Pregnancy Yoga

Our Pregnancy Yoga class uses gentle and fluid movement and adapted traditional yoga poses to tone and relax the expectant mum on all levels - physical, mental and emotional. Visualisation, breathing techniques, guided meditation and relaxation are all included to promote calmness and peace and increase confidence in one’s own ability to birth one’s baby lightly and safely. This class is suitable from 15 weeks of pregnancy to birth.


Wild Core Flow Yoga Monday

Wendy’s Wild Core Flow Yoga is a dynamic and challenging flow class suitable for experienced yogis who enjoy a strong class with some challenging poses (arm balancing and possibly inversions!). Wendy will cue you to set your poses from the ground up. You will learn to soften the outer body, deeply root down to the earth through your foundation, connect to your deep core line and your breath and then express the poses and transitions gracefully and safely. The class will also include pranayama (breathing techniques to help you extend/expand your life force), mudras (hand gesture to focus your energy), meditation and relaxation. If you have not practised yoga but you have a strong dance background and you are keen to learn a bit more than just the yoga poses, do please join in.


Wild Core Flow Yoga Wednesday

Earth Core Flow Yoga

Earth Core Flow Yoga is a dynamic flow class suitable for all from complete beginners to experienced yogis. Wendy will offer modifications and variations to suit all levels. The class will focus on setting the poses from the ground up. We will soften our body, get grounded through our foundation to the earth, connect to our deep core and breath before we begin to express the poses gracefully and safely.

Gentle Chair Yoga

The Gentle Chair Yoga class is a chair-based class for those who, for whatever reason, struggles to get down to or up from the floor, people who work at their desk all day, those recovering from surgery or an illness and anyone who just fancies a gentle class. We use gentle movements, adapted from traditional yoga poses, to help tone the whole body. Breathing techniques and meditation help to calm the mind and we always end with deliciously deep relaxation.
