You asked for it and we are super delighted to be offering this fabulous new Toddler Yoga class for mobile babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers. Heather of Crow Yoga has completed her Toddler training with Birthlight and is now very much looking forward to welcoming you and your little one to her newest class starting Tuesday, May 2nd!

Toddler Yoga is a great follow on from Baby Yoga and is suitable for crawling babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers. We use songs, games, and rhymes to introduce little to yoga. The movement, sounds and interactions all contribute to healthy development. The session will be babies/toddlers led! It will be super fun.
