Every Sunday evening at
Pilates is a wonderful exercise that targets your core whilst also toning your whole body. There are many benefits to be gained including improved posture, better coordination and balance, increased lung capacity, improved body awareness and injury prevention. The class is suitable for all levels.
Ann-Marie is a much loved teacher. She has been teaching for more than four years and is very passionate about Pilates. Her classes are varied, with new routine each week and the use of different equipment (bands, foam rollers and Pilates rings) to enhance your experience. Ann-Marie regularly updates her knowledge and skills through continued learning so you know you are never going to get bored and you are in safe hands.
