Come and celebrate life with us and our Wild Yogi Wendy

Wendy will guide you through a fun yoga session suitable for all, some breathwork and meditation and a gentle restorative session to wind down. Then we will have a glass of Prosecco or Nosecco and we will dance! It will be fun fun fun all the way. Life is full of ups and downs for all of us, and yet we are still here standing. That's enough reason to celebrate!

There will be a box for donations as we are hoping to raise some money for charity too (please do suggest a charity close to your heart). Do something good and have fun at the same time. That's definitely how to celebrate! Hope to see you.
