Absolute Beginners Handstand Workshop

Expect a breakdown of the basics, from how to kick up into a handstand, how to find balance when you are there, and how to land safely on your feet. Fear of falling will be conquered! This is a workshop for all who wants to learn to get into a handstand. That means you don't have to already know how to do a handstand! You just need to want to learn to get into it!
