We are super excited to be offering this fab new class starting from January 9th, 2024:

Menopause Yoga with Helen Calvert

Every Tuesday at 6-7:15pm

6 weekly block at £54

Our Menopause Yoga will run in 6-weekly blocks. The class is designed to support women as they transition through the stages of peri-menopause, menopause and  into post menopause. In our classes, we will explore yoga practices from Hatha, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow movement, Yoga Nidra and Restorative Yoga disciplines, along with meditations and breathing techniques to help women who are experiencing menopausal symptoms such as:

  • overwhelmness & anxiety
  • “menorage" & irritability
  • hot flushes
  • fatigue, sleeplessness / insomnia

We will have lovely guided relaxation each week providing you with an opportunity to take a "meno-PAUSE" from your day-to-day life and allow time to reconnect with yourself. There will also be an opportunity to chat and share your experiences with the other women in the group (but there is absolutely no pressure to do so!).

Menopause Yoga is suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike. It would be helpful for you to bring along a yoga mat and an eye pillow if you have one, plus a blanket or two. However, if you don't have them, don't worry as the studio will have a mat and blanket for you to borrow. 

Classes are run in 6 weekly blocks, payable in advance at £54. Drop-ins are welcome at £11 per class but do please contact Helen beforehand to confirm the there is space. The maximum number in class will be 10 people. If you are struggling financially, please reach out to Helen as she would really like the classes to be accessible to everyone.
