Serene Swans

every Thursday at 11-11:45am

This class is perfect for those who want to take ballet at a more relaxed pace. It's ideal for those who may be worried about mobility issues, recovering from illness or injury, and for more senior ballet beginners. Chairs are provided in case you would prefer to sit down to dance or rest. Lara is a lovely and caring teacher who will adapt the dances to suit your needs and ability.
