Our newest class is with our very experienced and much loved teacher, Dave West and will start from 9th January 2025. The structured class will beginning with a short period of breathwork before mobilising the body and exploring specific preparation relevant to the asana (postures) being worked within the session. Each class builds up to a “peak” posture or series of postures. Prior to relaxation we will ease down preparing the mind and body for rest. 

During the first 6 weeks we will concentrate on some of the fundamental movements and postures of the classical yoga landscape.

Classes will run on a “drop-in” basis with each class costing £8. Payment can be made in cash or a bank transfer can be arranged. There is no need to pre-book this class. Walk-ins are welcome. For more info, please contact Dave at twistedspireyoga@outlook.com
