Our newest, super-accessible class, Move Fusion, is a mixture of BhangraBlaze, Indian dancing to uplifting music, Bodymove by Dance Fit (medium to low easy to follow dance routines), and Decades Reloaded (dance programme for mental health featuring music form the 70's, 80's, 90's and 2000's). This is going to be so much fun, very uplifting and suitable for everyone at all abilities. Come and dance with us.
