In the rush of everyday life, we rarely give ourselves permission to pause. This workshop invites you to return to the present moment. Mindfulness: Meditation & Breathwork is a gentle, guided session designed to help you step out of autopilot and into awareness. Through simple meditation technique and breathing practice, you will learn how to calm the mind, release tension, and create space within yourself.

Whether you are completely new to meditation or already have a practice, this session offers a supportive environment to explore, reset your nervous system, and cultivate a deeper sense of balance.This workshop is open to everyone. No previous meditation or breathwork experience is needed. 

A few tips to help make you as comfortable and relaxed as possible at our workshop:

  • Please wear comfortable clothing
  • Please bring water to drink (in a spill-proof, non-breakable bottle)
  • Please bring an eye mask and a blanket
  • If you enjoy reflecting after your practice, please bring a journal.
