Join our new Yoga with Jo class every Tuesday at 7:30-9:00pm. Jo's class is a designed to create balance of strength, flexibility and wellbeing. It is a mixed ability class with focus on the union of breath and movement and of mind and body.
We will spend time at the beginning of the class connecting with the breath and taking our attention inwards. After this, Jo's focus in on alignment, safety and fun. Expect to be challenged in different ways each week, developing strength to enable arm balances and inversions (if you want to!). Flowing sequences concentrating on the breath, standing sequences and balances all feature in the class. There are also pranayama (breath work for better health and understanding of the nervous system) and, of course, relaxation. A beautiful way to spend your Tuesday evening.
