This course is suitable for all. However, as Al is a yoga teacher, we can expect him to tailor the course towards those of us who work in the fitness and well-being industry. Please note though that he will absolutely cover everything, and then add a little extra for those of us who are body workers. Al is very knowledgeable and he is so much fun. This is not going to be a boring day!
