Ben McConnachie

Meet Ben McConnachie,  the newest member of our yoga crew! Here is a bit about Ben in his own words:

Hi, I'm Ben! Yoga helped me slow down, breathe properly, and rebuild from the inside out. I found it after a tough time, and it gave me the tools to get stronger physically and mentally. My dog's usually close by too. She's been a big part of the journey.  Since completing my 200-hour training, I've been sharing my practice through 1:1 coaching, online classes, and in-person sessions here in Derbyshire. 

The way I teach is down-to-earth and inclusive. I blend strength, mobility, breath, and stillness in a way that feels accessible for all levels. Whether you are brand new or returning to your mat, you are always welcome in my class.
