Mollie is the newest addition to our fab team of yoga teachers. Mollie has been practising yoga for over 15 years. What began as a way to stretch out after various sporting commitments and improve flexibility soon revealed deeper benefits - greater mental clarity, balance and overall wellbeing. Over time, yoga evolved into Mollie's way of de-stressing and re-centring before and after work. Over the past five years, Mollie began exploring a variety of of yoga styles and this led her to train in Bali with a Yoga Alliance-registered school in 2023. Mollie believes yoga is an act of self-care. She encourages students to move with intention, challenge themselves mindfully and find balance on and off the mat. In her life off the mat, Mollie is a mum who works in International Development, and stays active through walking, running and all kinds of movement.
